Reports to: HR Director – India and Alliances

Location: Gurgaon, India

Overall Job purpose

To manage HR Operations of the affiliate including all processes related to employee life cycle, end to end implementation of Payroll and retirement benefits. This role is responsible to ensure all HR Statutory compliances, labour inspections and end to end implementation of such audit findings. This role ensures accuracy and sanctity of various HR databases (global and local) and support leaders with various reports to drive myPM and other processes in the affiliate.

Responsibilities:

HRIS Management HR Information System Management and administration: Managing complete employee cycle i.e., joining (including verifying documents), movements, salary updates, org publisher, network extensions, issuance of special letters (on request), etc., through both online tool (Workday, myHR, etc.,) and documentation (including issuance of offer / appointment letters; joinining forms, filing documents, etc.,)Managing approved policies and adhereing to the same wherever applicable HR Processes and Automation Implementing HR processess: Tracking and working with stake-holders to implement important HR processess like Joining, Confirmation; Transfer / Promotion; Exit, etc., and complete the required documentations; timely updation in relevant databases / systems like payroll, etc.,Actively participate in automating HR processess for providing a better employee experience Payroll and Leave Management Payroll: Manage and process monthly payroll which includes maintaining CTC report; reconciliation with Workday; collecting inputs for payroll and communicating to vendor via myTransfer; review output; secure appropriate approvals; sharing GL files to finance; coordinate bank disbursements; completion of documentations, etc., MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY Leave Management: Ensure leave policy is mapped correctly in myHR; work with vendor to display correct entitlements; deductions and carry forwardsManaging and updating all databases and reports including Reporting Structure; CTC report; Resignation / Transfer / Promotion, etc., Statutory Compliances Manage implementing of all statutory compliances such as Provident Fund; Gratuity; Labour Compliances; S&E Compliances; HR Compliances, etc., HR Support Provide critical HR support with Onboarding and DEI interventions for the affiliateBe the Inclusion Champion under the PULSE initiative and drive innovative interventions involving cross function leaders – Drive campaigns and foster spirit of Diverse and Inclusive workspaces Documentation  Managing active employee filing (systematic document filing for easy access); Exit employees files; external associates filing, etc.,Manage files stored in offsite location Iron MountainIs responsible as DRIM champion for the entire affiliate – Drives the awareness amongst all new joiners on Record Retention Policy and details. Drives governance mechanism across affiliate to have adherence to all guidelines under the procedure

Basic Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline, MBA would be preferred. Knowledge of MS Office tools- MS Excel , MS Powerpoint. Workday/HRIS knowledge is preferred. Strong attention to detail and precision is required Strong analytical and expertise to manage data in large volume Excellent communication skills – Written and verbal and fluent in English language High on integrity, collaboration and trustworthiness Deep knowledge on HR Systems and processes to drive execution Adherence to Lilly’s values and purpose Ability to work with different stakeholders across functions and multiple priorities Ability to drive interactions with key external stakeholders – Payroll Vendors, Compliance Vendors and Banks
