Summary:

Responsible for managing Global HR Operations activities. Provide consultative support and subject matter expertise on HR processes and data

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Extract and analyze HRIS data to ensure accuracy of information and reporting on regular basis including:Mass Uploads, Web Content Requests etc.Managing Global HR Operations mailbox- Coordinating with vendor & Handling Service requestsSystem security Audits Management
 Key Result Areas for the positionProcess ImprovementQuality CheckAdequate level of operational back upTimely management of projectsQuality of Communication - assessed from time to time; feedback from countyNo Data Privacy ComplianceImplementation of new projects/audits and complete them successfully within the planned parametersPursue opportunities to transition more processes/tasks currently performed by Deerfield team basis their requirements, provide valuable inputs & play vital role for smooth transition. Liaison with Global Recruiting leads, Regional HR Ops Leads to role out enhancements, fix bugs and be change management expert Coordinate training on new processes and develop communication material for the Employees and other Stakeholders. Leverage technology appropriately to improve service levels and/or reduce costs. Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements. Effective implementation and administration of all Employee Life Cycle processes from Hire to Exit Management. Support employee mobility and Stock Administration

Qualifications:

Graduate Masters in Human Resources (Preferred)

Competencies:

process management, analytical skills & decision-making, Drive results/execution with urgency and accountability Think global act local Collaborate & Play to win

Experience:

Overall – 5-7 years experience Workday Working Knowledge preferred.
