Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Extract and analyze HRIS data to ensure accuracy of information and reporting on regular basis including:Mass Uploads, Web Content Requests etc.Managing Global HR Operations mailbox- Coordinating with vendor & Handling Service requestsSystem security Audits ManagementKey Result Areas for the positionProcess ImprovementQuality CheckAdequate level of operational back upTimely management of projectsQuality of Communication - assessed from time to time; feedback from countyNo Data Privacy ComplianceImplementation of new projects/audits and complete them successfully within the planned parametersPursue opportunities to transition more processes/tasks currently performed by Deerfield team basis their requirements, provide valuable inputs & play vital role for smooth transition. Liaison with Global Recruiting leads, Regional HR Ops Leads to roll out enhancements, fix bugs and be change management expert Coordinate training on new processes and develop communication material for the Employees and other Stakeholders. Leverage technology appropriately to improve service levels and/or reduce costs. Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements. Effective implementation and administration of all Employee Life Cycle processes from Hire to Exit Management.
Qualifications:
Graduate Masters in Human Resources (Preferred)Competencies:
Process management, Strong analytical skills & decision-making Attention to Detail Drive results/execution with urgency and accountability Teamwork & Collaboration Requires excellent written and verbal communication, intellectual curiosity, a passion to understand and solve problems, consulting & customer service to work with key internal and external business partners.Experience:
Overall – 5-7 years experience Workday experience including recruiting, HCM and compensation Prior experience working in a global corporate HR environment desired. ServiceNow experience is a plus-
