Profile- IT Support Engineer

Ctc-upto 4 lpa ( depends on interview)

Working Days- 5.5 days

Location- Bangalore

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and growth-oriented professional in our IT Support function

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional IT support to clients, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-centric approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Office365
  • Bachelors Degree in IT or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of hand-on experience in IT Hardware
