Job Summary: We seek a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring robust financial acumen, adeptness in handling client invoices, and the ability to manage finance-related tasks autonomously. This role focuses on processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and overseeing client payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process client invoices independently, ensuring precision and timely submission.- Update and maintain financial records, including transactions and payment schedules.- Track outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure prompt payment collection.- Generate basic financial reports (income and expense summaries) regularly.- Address client queries and concerns regarding invoices and finance-related matters.- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance in all financial operations.- Assist in preparing financial data for tax filings and audits as required.- Identify and implement improvements in invoicing and payment processes for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Experience as a Finance Executive, Accountant, or similar role with a focus on invoicing.- Strong knowledge of financial principles and invoicing practices.- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP) and Excel.- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of working independently.- Effective communication skills for client interactions and issue resolution.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
