Job Summary: We seek a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring robust financial acumen, adeptness in handling client invoices, and the ability to manage finance-related tasks autonomously. This role focuses on processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and overseeing client payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process client invoices independently, ensuring precision and timely submission.
Update and maintain financial records, including transactions and payment schedules.
Track outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure prompt payment collection.
Generate basic financial reports (income and expense summaries) regularly.
Address client queries and concerns regarding invoices and finance-related matters.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance in all financial operations.
Assist in preparing financial data for tax filings and audits as required.
Identify and implement improvements in invoicing and payment processes for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Experience as a Finance Executive, Accountant, or similar role with a focus on invoicing.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and invoicing practices.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP) and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of working independently.
Effective communication skills for client interactions and issue resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
