Job Overview


We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chembur, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer support
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our services
  • Assisting customers in resolving their issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Identifying and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Coordinating with other teams to resolve complex customer problems
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
