JobDescription:
Asa Customer Support Executive you will be responsible for providingprompt and effective assistance to our customers via phone emailchat and other communication channels. Your primary objectives willinclude:
  • Handlinginbound customer inquiries requests and complaints in aprofessional and courteous manner.
  • Providingaccurate information about our products or services pricing andpolicies to assist customers in making informeddecisions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues andguiding customers through solutions or escalation procedures asnecessary.
  • Processing customer orders returnsand exchanges efficiently andaccurately.
  • Following up with customers toensure their needs have been addressed and their satisfaction hasbeen achieved.
  • Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams (such as sales marketing and operations) toresolve customer issues and improve servicequality.
  • Maintaining accurate records ofcustomer interactions transactions and feedback in the CRMsystem.
  • Participating in training sessions andworkshops to enhance your product knowledge communication skillsand customer servicetechniques.


Qualifications:

  • 23years of experience in a customer support or service rolepreferably in a B2B or B2Cenvironment.
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills in both English andHindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with theability to build rapport and establish trust withcustomers.
  • Problemsolving skills and theability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Patienceempathy and a customercentricmindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer supportsoftware and CRM systems.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment bothindependently and as part of ateam.
