Role: Head of Key Accounts Location: HSR Sector 3, Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 6+ Years Role Summary Deal Berg is seeking a dynamic and visionary professional for the role of Head of Key Accounts. This leader will drive our strategic account management efforts, fostering robust client partnerships and spearheading initiatives to maximise customer value and retention. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore and possess extensive experience managing large enterprise accounts (preferably in e-commerce, B2 B distribution, or procurement tech sectors). Key Responsibilities Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing key accounts team to deliver exceptional client value. Own end-to-end major client relationships, acting as the principal point of contact for strategic accounts across industries such as F& B, retail, e Commerce, and fashion. Develop and implement comprehensive account growth strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Analyze account performance, operational metrics, and market trends to inform business decisions and risk mitigation. Forge strong alignment with product, operations, and supply chain functions to ensure optimal delivery and innovation for clients. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within and beyond existing accounts, driving Deal Berg’s market expansion. Represent Deal Berg at industry forums, client meetings, and strategic partnership discussions. Serve as a champion for customer-centricity, continuously enhancing our solutions to exceed client expectations. Qualifications 6+ years of experience managing key/major accounts in B2 B, procurement tech, e-commerce, or related sectors. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, business development, and strategic customer engagement. Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, supply chain, or a related field) Based in Bangalore, available for full-time, in-office leadership. Why Join Deal Berg?
