Role Summary:
The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients for our services. This role involves developing strategies to partner with companies for student placements, building and maintaining strong relationships with HR and recruitment teams, and driving business growth through successful client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target companies that can partner with WsCube Tech for student placements.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients in the placement sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and recruitment teams.
Negotiate terms and secure agreements with partner companies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align placement services with client needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or placement sector.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing business clients.
Strong understanding of corporate recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
