Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team in the interior design section who has excellent communication skills and a proven track record in Sales. The ideal candidate will engage client and will generate interest towards the home dcor services provided by your in- house interior team. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored design solutions by inviting them to visit our experience centre. Experience range : 1-2 years ( Candidate with good communication skills required) Job Location: Andheri Remuneration : 4 LPA to 5 LPA Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and preferences to offer tailored design solutions from our interior designers Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our services. Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure client visions are accurately captured and executed. Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities for business. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system Qualifications & skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Excellent skills in communication Strong understanding of business module Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
