**Job Opening: Interior Designer **(2+ Years Experience)

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about designing unique, functional spaces? Join our team as an **Interior Designer** and work on projects that blend creativity with client satisfaction. This role involves managing projects from concept to execution and creating spaces tailored to client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:

- Develop detailed concepts, moodboards, and layouts.
- Create 2D/3D designs using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligning with vision and budget.

**Client Interaction**:

- Conduct consultations to understand preferences and requirements.
- Present concepts, moodboards, and material options for approval.

**Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with architects and contractors for seamless execution.
- Review technical drawings and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

**On-Site Supervision**:

- Monitor progress to maintain design quality.
- Address challenges and changes during implementation.

**Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Incorporate sustainable and efficient practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite.
- Expertise in space planning, colour theory, and material selection.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience with compact urban or modular spaces.
- Knowledge of local building codes.
- Portfolio showcasing residential/commercial projects.
