L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.

Position Title: Sr. Manager /DGM – Product Management and Marketing (Control Gear)

Education Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical

Experience: 7 – 12 years

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Control gear products including Contactors, Relays, Industrial Starters, and MPCBs, targeting a monthly revenue of approximately 200 million INR.
  • Take ownership of target margins, portfolio sales, including new products, price realization, and focus products.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate sales performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Provide support to sales, business development, and customer support functions.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Motor Management, Type 2 Co-ordination, Utilization Categories, Applications, and relevant IS/IEC Standards.
  • Exhibit proficiency in project management, product management, and marketing strategies.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven track record in driving sales of Control gear products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from sales data.
  • Technical expertise in Motor Management and relevant standards.
  • Proficiency in project management and product marketing.
