
Admin & Account Executive

Handling logistics, updating statement accounts, issuing invoices and delivery note to customers, Office coordination, Knowledge of Tally Software for accounting.
Responsibilities:
Logistics Management:
Coordinate and manage the logistics of product delivery to customers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Account Management:
Update and maintain accurate statement accounts for customers.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
Invoice and Delivery Note Issuance:
Generate and issue invoices and delivery notes to customers.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Maintain organized records of invoices and delivery notes.
Office Coordination:
Handle general office administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Tally Accounting:
Utilize Tally software for accounting tasks, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and generating reports.
Maintain accurate financial records in Tally.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
