Role Overview

Santerra Hygiene Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Admin/Accounts & HR Executive to manage our office operations, financial records, and basic HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for accounts, compliance, HR documentation, and office administration, playing a crucial role in supporting the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, payment, receipts).
  • Manage invoices, billing, vendor & distributor payments.
  • Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (with CA support).
  • Handle reconciliations, petty cash, and payroll processing.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management.

HR Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain HR files.
  • Coordinate recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support employee onboarding & exit formalities.
  • Ensure basic HR compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act).

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle office utilities, rent agreements, and service providers.
  • Support team logistics, travel bookings, and internal communications.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Basic understanding of GST, payroll, and HR compliance.
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication in Hindi & English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
