Having grown from a team of 5 to 150+ across the globe, from a small garage to offices across 15 countries and clocking in INR 300+ Cr revenue in first three years of operations. Job Summary :
We are seeking a visionary Head of Growth (HOG) to lead our growth strategy and scale the business to new heights. As a member of the senior leadership team, the HOG will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing EMotorad as a leader in the domestic 2W EV industry. This role will oversee the entire growth function, including marketing, sales, customer experience, partnerships, and new market entry strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth, a deep understanding of the EV market, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth Planning :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with EMotorad’s vision and business objectives.
- Define and prioritize growth initiatives, focusing on expanding into new markets, product lines, and customer segments.
Revenue & Profitability Management :
- Set ambitious revenue targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor financial performance, optimize pricing strategies, and develop new revenue streams to ensure consistent profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to accelerate growth and expand the brand’s reach.
Marketing & Brand Positioning :
- Oversee the development of the brand strategy and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints.
- Drive digital and traditional marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Product & Market Expansion :
- Lead the launch of new products and features by understanding market needs, customer preferences, and emerging industry trends.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and create value propositions that differentiate EMotorad’s offerings.
Sales Leadership :
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to set revenue targets, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales organization that is equipped to meet and exceed ambitious growth targets.
Customer Acquisition & CLV :
- Design and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, enhance customer experience, and improve CAC.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey and enhance lifetime value.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Leverage data analytics and market insights to guide decision-making and track the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Continuously evaluate parameters to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Innovation & Trend Analysis :
- Stay at the forefront of industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure EMotorad remains ahead of the curve.
- Drive innovation by promoting a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging new ideas to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior growth, business development, or marketing roles, preferably within the EV, automotive, or consumer technology sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, leading geographical expansion efforts, and driving significant revenue growth.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience scaling self-business in ‘Bharat’ would be an added benefit.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainable mobility solutions.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience management.
