### Job OverviewAs the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. You will play a key role in increasing our clients online presence, driving traffic to their website, and generating leads to support there sales goals. You will also be instrumental in hiring and mentoring a talented team of digital marketers.

### Key Responsibilities- **Strategy Development:** Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.- **Content Marketing:** Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media content, and video marketing.- **SEO/SEM:** Optimize website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.- **Social Media Management:** Oversee all social media channels, creating and curating engaging content and growing our social media presence.- **Email Marketing:** Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.- **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.- **Team Building:** Recruit, train, and lead a team of digital marketing professionals as the company grows.- **Budget Management:** Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities deliver maximum return on investment.

### Qualifications- **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.- **Skills:**- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.- **Leadership:** Experience in building and leading a team.- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
