About the Role: As the Senior Manager - Digital Marketing at Growify Digital, you will be responsible for leading and managing our digital marketing team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance, driving innovation and excellence across multiple digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and development, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their digital marketing efforts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are desirable.
