Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand opportunities and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into all aspects of the business.


Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital content.


Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content for digital platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to inform content strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for content optimization and enhancement based on audience feedback and data analysis.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on driving results and exceeding goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in Digital Brand Strategist, spanning at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and digital technologies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
