Position Overview


  • As our Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Strategy and Planning


  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business goals and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define target audiences and create detailed customer personas.


  • Campaign Execution


  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and aligned campaign efforts.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.


  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization


  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous testing, analysis, and iteration.
  • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


  • Budget Management


  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across various channels to maximize cost-effectiveness and campaign impact.
  • Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget and adjust strategies as needed.


  • Collaboration and Communication


  • Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure messaging and creative are aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.


  • Technology and Tools


  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to manage campaigns, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.


  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.


  • Skills:


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
