Job Description

Role:  Regional Sales Manager

Exp: 10+ years with minimum 2 years of team handling experience

Location:  Bangalore

Division: Cardiovascular

Area Coverage:  Bangalore (entire Karnatak)

Team Handling role.

*Note: Exposure in Cardiovascular (Cardiology, Interventional, Peripheral Interventional etc) is must.*

Responsibilities:  This position will be responsible for creation of regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.

Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. Support team with day-to-day operations. Evaluate team and individual performances. Report on regional sales results. Ensure execution of marketing initiatives/ strategies. Forecast quarterly and annual profits. Identify hiring needs, select, and train team. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility. Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
