Candidates who applied recently for similar position based in Mumbai need not apply again.Job Responsibilities•Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.•Provide guidance to manager’s and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.•Lead employee relations efforts including investigations, disciplinary and performance management.•Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and assist with the recruitment and onboarding process.•Conduct New Hire Orientation for new hires in the organization.•Onboarding and renewal of contract vendors.•Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.•Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding until the exit of an employee.•Assist in managing organizational change and initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.•Creating proposals and communications pertaining to HR projects to be presented to management.•Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.Requirements•MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management or equivalent.• 4 to 5 years of experience as HR business partner.•Excellent communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.•Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.•Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.•Experience of working on systems/tools like Workday, MS-Office, and automation tools.

Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertiseRelevant Experience: Four (4) years of work experience in HR or related fieldsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline
