About the Role:
We seek an Associate People Operations to join our AlphaSense team based in Mumbai, India. As the primary liaison for our Mumbai office, you will serve as the frontline for all critical support on people operations objectives. The Associate People Operations will play a critical role in influencing and supporting the operational activities - collaboratively working to develop, optimize, and handle people processes and programs while handling the day-to-day responsibilities associated with people operations. This role is essential in providing operational support to deliver a best-in-class experience for our employees. This role required the employee to be present in office on a regular basis with a limited option of working remotely.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role within a high-touch, fast-paced environment
Workday and Paysquare/Keka experience on onboarding is a good to have
Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and advanced knowledge on MS Excel
Deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At your heart, you are what we call a people geek.
Ability to work within a distributed team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company.

What You’ll Do:
Ensure the execution of all operational processes related to Onboarding, For eg. Sending Welcome Email, Managing Employee documentation, Onboarding sessions, Workday profile creation, Sharing New hire details with external vendors (Payroll, Insurance), Working with IT team for Assets, Working with finance for payroll profile creation, Working with Talent Acquisition on contracts amendment
Collaborating with the Payroll team monthly to send inputs on Exits, Shift allowances etc.
Responsible for global/local HR reporting and data requirements as and when needed. For eg. Headcount reports, Attrition Analysis, MIS reports etc.
Be accountable for maintaining accurate data, including employee records and information changes such as promotions, title changes, terminations, and transfers in all HRIS portals.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other HR functions as necessary, aligned with business requirements.
Responsible for end- to- end execution on tasks related to Payroll, Labor Compliance, Insurance etc. by working with external vendors
Support HR audits and investigations as needed, gathering relevant documentation and information.
Support the HRBP’s in providing the best service levels and provide the needed information and specific communication on HR Operations topics.
Ensure the execution of all operational processes related to Offboarding, For eg. Sharing inputs to Finance and Payroll, Exit email to employee, Termination on HR portals, Managing Full and Final settlements
Experience on managing generic employee queries related to leaves, HR processes, Benefits etc.
Any prior experience of managing HR processes of Performance Management, Performance Improvement Plans, Terminations is a good to have
