Role Overview

We're looking for a Creator-in-Residence—a hands-on content creator who loves turning raw moments into compelling visuals. From student success reels to YouTube explainers, you'll be the lens through which the world sees KodNest.

What you'll do

Shoot and edit real-time content from classrooms, events, and student journeys

Produce high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms

Design posters, carousels, thumbnails, and visual assets

Collaborate on storyboards, scripts, and creative campaigns

Work with marketing and leadership to shape KodNest's brand narrative

What we're looking for

Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and gimbals

Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut) and design (Photoshop/Illustrator)

Eye for framing, composition, and storytelling

Bachelor's/diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Design, or related field

Portfolio or sample work is mandatory

Bonus points if you have

Skills in Lightroom, Audacity, or basic 3D design

Flair for content writing, acting, or influencer marketing

Ability to think visually and emotionally, not just technically
