Position : Senior Interior Designer/ArchitectLooking for a fulltime candidate for the position of a Senior Interior Designer at an Interior Design Firm .Please email your cover letter and portfolio consisting of your professional work to are looking for a detail oriented candidate with a strong aesthetic sense and a keen eye for art, design and interiorsJob pre-requisites:1. Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.2. Must have 4+ years of post-graduate work experience on residential (independent homes, villas & apartments), and commercial (Hospitality & retail) Interior projects in India is required.3. Must know how to generate GFC drawings.4. Ability to generate and maintain a BOQ .5. Must generate and maintain project work schedules .6. Ability to issue electrical drawings .7. Must have knowledge of Lighting design.8. Must have experience designing and detailing custom millwork .9. Efficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.10. Efficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign & Photoshop.11. Must be thorough in sketchup for 3D Modelling.12. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.13. Must have a good sense of furniture and interior fitouts.14. Must be proficient with researching and resourcing materials, processes andapplications in the field in interior design & architecture.15. Currently living in/near Bangalore or open to relocating.16.Must be articulate in English and Hindi, Kannada is a plus
