Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the creative department, you will be responsible for developing innovative visual solutions that meet our client's objectives.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality designs that engage audiences and drive results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored design solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualizing and executing creative design strategies
  • Designing and producing various marketing materials, including print and digital assets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver design briefs
  • Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Mentoring junior designers to help them grow in their roles
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills

You should also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
