About the Role :

Sudhakar Pai Associates (SPA) is seeking a talented Senior/Lead Interior Designer to join our design studio. The ideal candidate will be creative, motivated, and responsible, with the ability to lead high-profile corporate interior projects from concept through execution.

Key Requirements :

  • Creative, responsive, self-motivated, with a passion for workplace design.
  • Strong skills in conceptualizing, planning, and creating unique workspaces.
  • Experience working with design heads, senior designers, and project managers for studio deliverables.
  • Proven experience in client-facing role-handling pitches, presentations, and relationship management.
  • Expertise in detailing, tender, and construction drawings, with oversight on quality delivery.
  • 4+ years minimum experience in corporate/workplace projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.
  • Strong communication (spoken and written English), organizational, and deadline-management skills.
  • Understanding of interior design and architectural execution across all phases.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the client-facing lead on projects.
  • Lead design development, mentoring junior/senior designers.
  • Produce and oversee tender and construction drawing sets.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks and contractual milestones.
  • Interpret program requirements and deliver within tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Qualification: B.Arch (Architecture) or Diploma (Architecture/Interior Design).
  • Experience: 4 9+ years in Corporate Interiors.
  • Expertise: Corporate Interior Design, Concept Design, Client Management.
  • Creative, software proficient, and a strong team leader
