Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Bengaluru studio. The ideal candidate will lead residential interior projects from concept to completion — including design development, material selection, client presentations, and project coordination.

This role demands strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high design quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design development for residential interior projects from concept to execution.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, and material palettes to clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and contractors for project implementation.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications in coordination with the design team.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained during execution.
  • Stay updated with current materials, finishes, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in residential interior design and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, detailing, and design documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
