Senior Draftsman Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Draftsman to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and take on new challenges.

About the Role:

Skip the administrative tasks and dive straight into creative work as a Senior Draftsman. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for design and can effectively communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior managers to develop detailed working drawings that meet client expectations.
  2. Prepare presentations and deliverables on time, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  3. Take thorough notes during customer meetings to capture their requirements accurately.
  4. Maintain up-to-date documentation of all projects and activities.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and concerns.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, M.S Office, Photoshop, and Revit (preferably).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and accessibility regulations.
  • Creative eye for detail to prepare visually appealing presentation materials.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors (preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
