About Us
We are a creative agency working across multiple industries, delivering impactful design solutions for branding, social media, and marketing campaigns. We're looking for a passionate Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Head who can lead a team, drive creative direction, and manage client relationships with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of 6–8 designers, ensuring quality output & on-time delivery.
• Creative Direction: Translate client briefs into innovative concepts across branding, social media, and marketing collaterals.
• Hands-on Design: Work on design projects while maintaining team consistency and creativity.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients, solve challenges, present ideas, and deliver effective solutions.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design & social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of creative assets.
• Problem Solving: Provide design solutions that balance creativity with business goals.
• Cross-Industry Understanding: Adapt designs to different industries and client needs.
What We're Looking For
a
• 7+ years of experience in branding, design, and creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign work.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage clients.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
