Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage finance-related coordination and audits effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage finance-related coordination and audits.
Collaborate with clients and maintain strong communication to ensure smooth financial processes.
Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Support the team in financial planning and analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Qualifications :
MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of relevant work experience in finance or related roles.
Key Skills :
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Telugu language (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
