We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to lead and manage projects under Skill India and NSDC initiatives.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor Skill India projects (NSDC initiatives) to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Coordinate with government agencies, training providers, and other stakeholders for project implementation.
Ensure compliance with NSDC guidelines and reporting requirements.
Mobilize and engage with local communities to create awareness about skill development programs.
Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
Travel within project areas as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: MSW or MBA in any stream.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in handling Skill India projects or similar development initiatives.
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Marathi (local language).
Skills Required:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
Knowledge of Skill India and NSDC projects will be an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
