Job Summar
y:We are looking for a highly mot ivated Marketing Manag er to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives with in the Federation Value Chai n, with a specific fo cus on Animal Husband ry. This role will suit professionals with a strong background in agriculture, rural management, and value chain optimization. Key Responsibilit
ies:Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Federation Value Chain, aligning with overall business objecti
ves.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the value ch
ain.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns and initiati
ves.Manage end-to-end marketing activities, including branding, product positioning, promotional strategies, and market link
age.Monitor and measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvem
ent.Drive innovation in marketing approaches to optimize customer engagement and satisfact
ion.Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing pl
ans.Build strong relationships with partners and vendors to support marketing activit
ies.
Qualificat
ions:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree prefer
red).MBA in Rural Management(prefe
rred)
Exper
ience:3–6 years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on value chain management and animal husbandry se
ctors.Proficient experience in government projects specifical ly in NR L M and
SRLM.
