Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
- Responsiblefor driving company sales by sourcing new clients(ClientAcquisition)
- Connect with client using allcommunication channel
- Ability to createactionable marketing strategies network and build lastingprofessional relationships
- Participate incrafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenuefrom clients.
- Negotiating with clients tosecure the most attractive prices.
- Regularfollow ups with all the Prospects for Businessgeneration.
- Suggesting upgrades or addedproducts and services that may be of interest toclients
- Introduction of the RespectiveStakeholders (Spoc) Person with theclients
- Equipping staff with the technical andsocial skills needed to enhance sales.
- Downloading the requirement to the recruitment team forHiring.
- Follow up with the Hiring Team forclosing Open positions available with theclients.
- Maintaining good relationships withexisting clients.
- Forecast sales targets andensure they are met.
- Track and record activityon accounts and help to close billing and Payment fromClient.
- Submit weekly/monthly progressreports.
- Ensure that data is accurately enteredand managed within the company s CRM or other sales managementsystem.
- Understand the company s goal andpurpose so that will continual to enhance the company sperformance
- Reviewing clients'feedback and implementing necessarychanges.
Requirement:
- MBASales/Marketing (Good to Have)
- Intuitive andinsightful particularly regarding humanbehaviour.
- Ability to generate revenue byidentifying pain points and suggesting suitable products orservices.
- Professional yet affabledisposition.
- Neat wellgroomedappearance.
