Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at Suryavanshi Ventures in Jabalpur. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as presenting company solutions to potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and effective communication.


Responsibilities:


• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the IT sector through targeted prospecting, lead generation, and market analysis.

• Develop and maintain of potential clients, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies to drive conversion and revenue growth.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations to understand their unique business needs and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements and objectives.

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of our IT solutions and services to prospective clients.

• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

• Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and provide timely and accurate reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive developments, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

• Represent company industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility, establish thought leadership, and cultivate strategic partnerships.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the IT industry.

• Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and compellingly

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.

• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving targets and expectations.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving market trends and customer needs.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
