Responsibilities:
- Assistin identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing candidatesscreening resumes and participating in the interviewprocess.
- Help to create a welcoming experiencefor new hires through the coordination of onboarding activities andproviding necessary resources.
- Contribute tothe planning and execution of employee training initiativesfostering a culture of continuouslearning.
- Assist in maintaining HR recordsdatabases and reports with accuracy andconfidentiality.
- Collaborate with the HR teamto address employee queries and support a positive workenvironment.
- Participate in the development andenhancement of HR policies ensuring alignment with industry bestpractices.

- Basic computer skills and goodknowledge in MS office (Excel WordPowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and meet targets and manage multipletasks
- Good time managementskills
