Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with prior E-commerce domain experience who has hands-on expertise in handling high-volume daily operations. The ideal candidate should have worked with an e-commerce brand and be fully equipped to manage end-to-end warehouse activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, outbound, and returns.
  • Handle daily order processing with accuracy and speed.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Implement and monitor inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies.
  • Ensure all returns are documented and updated instantly with POD, invoice reference, quantity, box count, and docket number.
  • Oversee packing, labeling, and dispatching as per marketplace standards (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Monitor warehouse space and ensure optimum utilization.
  • Ensure all operations are compliant with safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
  • Prior experience managing high-volume shipments (minimum 2500–3000 orders/day is mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, and returns management.
  • Familiar with shipping platforms, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and Excel.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Enforced):

  • Candidate must have prior experience with an e-commerce brand.
  • Must have handled minimum 2500–3000 orders/day.
