About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to handle account management across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing product listings, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on all e-commerce platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end account operations for Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, cataloging, pricing, keywords, and content.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion reports to increase ROI.
  • Plan and execute promotions, offers, and campaigns to boost sales.
  • Ensure compliance with each marketplace's policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfillment.
  • Handle returns, claims, penalties, and escalations effectively.
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart).
  • Strong knowledge of account management, cataloging, listings, SEO, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Ajio Seller Portal, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
