Job Description This is a remote position. Hiring Immediately Field Sales Executive for Mumbai & Pune Location For An Ed-tech Company (Remote Job) (Immediate Joining) We are seeking for a Highly Motivated & passionate Field Sales Executive for a Startup Ed-tech Company to expand its business in Mumbai and Pune Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Identify, prospect, and engage with educational institutions (schools, K-12). Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs, certifications, labs, digital platforms, CoEs, etc.) to academic leadership (Directors, Deans, HODs, Management). Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and MoUs for institutional clients. Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → negotiation → closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. 2. Relationship & Account Management 3. Market Intelligence & Strategy 4. Product Demonstration & Presentations 5. Documentation & Compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of new institutional partnerships signed Revenue generated per quarter Conversion rate from leads to closures Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. 2–7 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales (EdTech or School Education preferred). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
