Position Overview:
The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Sales will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of sales initiatives within the RCM sector. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of healthcare finance, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships with healthcare organizations and leading a forward-thinking sales team to deliver comprehensive RCM solutions
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Leadership:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in RCM services.
○ Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
● Team Management :
○ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on RCM solutions.
○ Set performance targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
● Client Engagement:
○ Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
○ Collaborate with clients to understand their revenue cycle challenges and propose tailored solutions.
● Sales Operations:
○ Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring best practices are followed.
○ Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and track performance metrics.
● Market Analysis:
○ Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas for differentiation in the RCM market.
○ Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact RCM services
● Collaboration:
○ Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
○ Participate in the development of new RCM products and services based on market feedback.
● Reporting:
○ Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the executive team.
○ Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
● P&L Management:
○ Target ticket size between $300000 to &2 MN ○ Plan Monthly/Quarterly/Annually targets
○ Review Projections with actuals Monthly and make a mitigation plan Qualifications:
● Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
● Experience:
○ 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on revenue cycle management or healthcare services.
○ Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
● Skills:
○ Strong leadership and team management skills.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
○ In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes and healthcare regulations.
○ Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
