Job Description: Sr. Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our innovative digital marketing agency based in Noida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the agency’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position our digital marketing services and identify opportunities for growth.- Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients through multiple channels, including Linkedin, E-mail, cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and online platforms.- Generate high-quality leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.- Develop and deliver persuasive pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized digital marketing solutions.- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.- Sales and Business Strategy:Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure while ensuring an exceptional client experience.- Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term clients, fostering strong and sustainable relationships.- Monitor sales performance, analyze conversion metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables.- Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Experience:Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development (B2B), sales, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.- Skills:Strong knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
