The Regional Business Development Manager will drive growth and expansion for our analytical testing laboratory specializing pharmaceutical testing within the assigned region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategies to increase market share and revenue.Location: Mumbai / AhmadabadReports to: Assistant General Manager- Pharma – SalesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Life Sciences / Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Description & Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Business for Pharmaceutical Lab.Meeting Clients through online meeting and direct meetings and discuss on our capabilities.Sharing Capability presentation and Brochures online.Payment follow-ups for the generated business.Updating through weekly report with the reporting Manager on the work done in the week.Desired Skill SetsProven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical testing industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
