The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Role & responsibilities1. Lead from the front and ensure that the regional State-wise, product-wise sales target are achieved.2. Review and monitor region/ state wise performance of the team on a weekly basis3. Conceptualize and develop region state-wise sales strategies in line with available resources4. Ensure cost in line with sales generated as per agreed norm5. To control regional state operating cost6. Ensure that regional state expenses does not exceed the budget amount7. Identify opportunities for developing existing market and exploring new areas by market intelligence through field force on periodic basis

QualificationsExperience managing sales teamsExperience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
