RequiredQualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment bestpractices sourcing techniques and talent assessmentmethods
  • Strong understanding of employment lawsand regulations
  • Experience using HRIS and otherrecruitment tools
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
  • Solid negotiation and influencingabilities
  • Highly organized with meticulousattention to detail
  • Ability to build andmaintain strong professionalrelationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand applicant tracking systems

  • Certification in HR or recruitmentis a plus
