Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from parents, schools, and vendors.
- Provide accurate product, order, and delivery-related information.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups.
Cataloguing & Uploading
- Create, update, and maintain product catalogues on the website/app/internal systems.
- Upload product details including descriptions, images, prices, and specifications.
- Ensure catalogued information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to collect product data.
- Monitor and correct errors in product listings.
Operations Support
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Support management in improving processes and customer experience.
Requirements & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Business/Communications).
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or operations (Freshers can apply).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, Excel, CRM tools, e-commerce portals).
- Attention to detail with good organisational skills.
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
