Capium now seeks a wonderful Customer Success Executive, to join their expanding team.

Capium is a fast-growing online integrated accounting & practice management software, tailored specifically for accounting practices along with small businesses bookkeeping software on cloud in software as a service model.
This is a hybrid role.
**Description**
Duties & Responsibilities
**The ideal personality and qualifications**:
- Ideally have a solid accountancy background to ensure they are confident with dealing with terminologies.
- Lead with behaviour triggers that indicate that our customers require more support
- Review the effectiveness of our current process and optimise it to our benefit
- Great knowledge & Experience with CRM and Onboarding customers
- Sales background within the B2B environment
- Experience in handling 3rd parties if required
- Documentation creation for support queries
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- 1-2 years of customer success and customer services experience
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Demonstrate ability to meet expected daily outputs and deadlines
- Ability to self-motivate, be organised and multitask.
