The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, proven leadership in driving operational efficiency, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and compliance.Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee end-to-end medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission.- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation and best practices.- Manage large teams (Medical Billing, AR follow-up, etc.) with a focus on performance management and people development.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, training, compliance, technology) to deliver business goals.- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership and clients.- Stay updated on US healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA guidelines and payer requirements.Desired Profile- 15+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.- Strong expertise in billing processes, denial management, AR follow-up and payer policies.- Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-client operations.- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in driving digital transformation / automation in medical billing is a plus.- Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Contact Details:Bhargav SCall / WhatsApp : PCall : WhatsApp :
