Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our fuel delivery services across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and onboard new B2B clients (e.g., construction firms, logistics companies, manufacturing units).- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.- Present company services and value proposition to potential clients.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes.- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure timely fuel deliveries.- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales (fuel/lubricants/logistics/transportation sector preferred).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated and target-oriented.- Ability to travel locally and meet clients on-site.Perks:- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.- Fuel allowance and travel reimbursement.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in a booming industry.
