Role & responsibilities

  • Approach potential customers through cold calling, networking and direct visits.
  • To handle the primary & secondary of the customers.
  • Assist in identifying market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with leads and provide excellent post-sale support.
  • Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
