  • Assist in therecruitment and onboarding process
  • Overseeemployee relations and addressgrievances
  • Assist in developing andimplementing new HR policies andprocedures
  • Assist in organizing and managingevents
  • Ensure compliance with labour andemployment laws
  • Administer employee benefitsand compensation
  • Conduct performance managementand appraisal processes
  • Handle disciplinarymatters and conflict resolution
  • Coordinatetraining and development programs
  • Manage HRrecordkeeping and documentation
  • Conduct exitinterviews and manage offboardingprocesses
  • Participate in organizationaldevelopment and culturebuildinginitiatives
  • Provide HR support to employees andmanagers
  • Assist in HR reporting andanalytics
  • Support diversity and inclusionefforts
  • Stay updated on HR best practices andtrends
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree in HRmanagement or related field
  • Proven experiencein HR or related role
  • Knowledge of labour lawsand regulations
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational andtime management abilities
  • Proficient in HRISand MS Office
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
  • Problemsolving and decisionmakingskills
  • Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR)preferred
  • Understanding of diversity andinclusion best practices
  • Ability to work wellunder pressure
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy
  • Adaptability and flexibility in adynamic work environment
  • Team player with acollaborative approach
  • High ethical standardsand integrity
